Staff Accountant

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: To support the finance function of Fellowship Bible Church of NWA in being an uninhibiting conduit for ministry to happen through financial analytics, reporting, & systems development, and general ledger maintenance.

Hours: Full-time, salaried, 40 hours/week

Start date - to be determined

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Assist CFO in development and implementation of financial and administrative systems.
  • Develop and publish financial data analytics dashboards and reports.
  • Manage, develop, and distribute weekly and ad-hoc financial reports to staff.
  • Create and distribute weekly giving reports.
  • Assist Senior Accountant in preparation and completion of annual financial statement audit.
  • Assist Senior Accountant in maintaining general ledger and fixed assets subledger.
  • Review reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts assigned to Senior Accountant.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations and reviews of balance sheet and income statement accounts related to restricted/designated funds, other assets/liabilities, and other account assignments when necessary.
  • Work with Buildings and Grounds team in completion of annual county property tax assessments and exemption applications.
  • Process annual ECFA recertification and franchise tax report.
  • Provide backup support for Payroll and AP Coordinator functions.

Kid's Day Out Music Coordinator

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: Lead music classes in each of Kids Day Out infant-preschool age groups throughout the year, and elementary age during the summer.

Hours: Part-time, hourly

Start date: immediate availability

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • To organize songs and lead music in ages infant-preschool during the year and elementary age during the summer.
  • To introduce the children to:
    • Worship of our Lord and Savior
    • Basic musical concepts
    • Movement to music
    • Various instruments
  • Organize songs and partnership with preschool curriculum leader to organize a yearly graduation program for the oldest classes.
  • Organize a yearly music program of the Toddler 1 through Preschool age classes for the parents in the spring.
  • Organize list of music and video from “year at a glance” activities; one for music program and a second one at preschool graduation. Communicate with FBC Media Resourcing Team for video and tech needs.
  • Communicate by email to Early Childhood Administrative Support details list of monthly songs and further curriculum details.
  • Attend weekly KDO team meetings and staff meetings as scheduled.
  • Participate in weekly morning prayer
  • Attend yearly Weekday Leader Training.

Bentonville Early Childhood Curriculum Coordinator

Campus: Bentonville

Purpose: To prepare curriculum for Early Childhood classrooms and to train/equip leaders to use it to engage kids and partner with parents.

Hours: Part-time, salaried, 25 hours/week

Start date: To be determined

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Prepare curriculum to go in classrooms each week with the focus of equipping children in the foundations of the bible and ensure leaders have everything they need to successfully teach the lesson.
  • Maintain curriculum for other ministries that may use it during the week.
  • Be available to teach and support leaders in the classrooms on how to use curriculum effectively.
  • Keep curriculum supplies and resource room organized and in order.
  • Partner with the EC team for special events and projects.
  • Assist the EC team in maintaining the Early Childhood classrooms and building.

Bentonville Early Childhood Large Group Coordinator

Campus: Bentonville

Purpose: To oversee the Large Group area for Bentonville Early Childhood. This includes recruiting and training leaders and providing scripts and songs to be used during Worship times.

Hours: Part-time, salaried, 20 hours/week

Start date: To be determined

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, plan and facilitate Sunday Morning Large Group experiences.
  • Recruit, schedule, train and support worship and tech leaders who lead Large Group on Sunday Mornings.
  • Maintain the appearance of the Worship area.
  • Partner with the EC team to support, encourage and resource parents and Leaders.
  • Partner with the EC team for special events and projects.
  • Assist the EC team in maintaining the Early Childhood classrooms and building.

Bentonville Early Childhood Leader Coordinator

Campus: Bentonville

Purpose: To recruit, schedule, equip and shepherd Bentonville Early Childhood leaders and support families as they own the spiritual development of their children.

Hours: Part-time, salaried, 25 hours/week

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Leader and student leader recruiting, scheduling, on-boarding, equipping and shepherding for Sunday morning EC classes.
  • Train leaders and student leaders in classroom management and curriculum so that they feel comfortable leading children in the classroom.
  • Encourage and appreciate classroom leaders.
  • Schedule, equip and encourage volunteer floaters.
  • Support and encourage families as the lead their children to know and love God.
  • Partner with the EC team for special events and projects.
  • Assist the EC team in maintaining the Early Childhood classrooms and building.

Building Maintenance Specialist

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: Perform maintenance tasks as required by work orders or assigned. To assist where needed with other projects, construction remodels and/or repairs.

Hours: Full-time, salaried, 40 hours/week

Start date: immediate availability

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Candidates shall have 3-5 years experience and possess a fundamental knowledge in the basic trades for remodeling, building construction, repairs and/or maintenance fields. These include the following types of skill sets:
    • rough and finish carpentry,
    • drywall,
    • flooring and
    • other basic handyman-type skills.
  • Support the Mission and Vision of Fellowship and that of Buildings & Grounds team
  • Make sure that the campuses have the Fellowship “Look, Smell & Feel”
  • Maintain Campuses as work order(s) prescribe
  • Act as the point of contact for staff at all campuses for a multiplicity of tasks
  • Give attention to a wide range of Maintenance-oriented activities as described by; but not limited to B&G work order system

Rogers Kids Day Out Classroom Leader

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: To lead and oversee children in a classroom setting. Infant thru Pre-K.

Hours: part-time, hourly

Weekly Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 8:45-2:15

Start date: August 30, 2021

Leadership responsibilities:

  • Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ which is modeled for children.
  • Share the love, joy, and hope of Christ with children and parents and staff.
  • Support the core beliefs and leadership of Fellowship Bible Church.
  • Exemplify Godly character and embody Fellowships Mission, Vision, Statement of Faith and Leadership Covenant.
  • Demonstrate a passion for children and a desire for them to know about God.
  • Attend prayer time as scheduled per ministry day.
  • Take time to review class lesson during the week, incorporating God-given gifts into each lesson.
  • Care for the children the classroom through prayer and discipleship. Send “prayer/missed you” cards, etc. (provided).
  • Be faithful in attendance (Attendance agreement form).
  • Attend training sessions as provided monthly and yearly.
  • Communicate, engage and support co-leader/staff in ministry and classroom duties.
  • Participate and support the overall ministry in servant leadership as Jesus demonstrated.
  • Follow safety and classroom guidelines as stated in Leader handbook, STOP Manual, Security Manual, and staff trainings.
